After much thought, I going to start with the Autocar first, and possibly the only one. There are several reasons for this....

1. It has less to have to take off since it is in the worse shape.

2. It is a early one with fender mounted headlights.

3  it was never modified to A1 status, so it is rarer.

Well, I went today and started getting them ready to load on a low boy for the trip home. Here's a few photos of today's work......
